Spanning nine months, this program focuses on mastering eight essential areas crucial for business success:
1. **Vision, Mission, and Purpose**
2. **Cash Flow**: Setting up, managing, and utilizing it effectively to ensure business success.
3. **Marketing**: Understanding the how, what, and when of marketing strategies.
4. **Sales**: Learning the effective approaches to selling—how, what, and when.
5. **Team Building**: Developing a cohesive team, regardless of whether you have employees.
6. **Systems**: Establishing the foundational structures of your business.
7. **Leverage**: Creating systems that allow you to do the work once and reap the benefits indefinitely.
8. **Goal Setting**: Crafting SMART goals for both you and your business.
9. **Graduation**: Bringing everything together.
Each month, we focus on one of these areas during a two-hour online learning session. This is followed two weeks later by a one-hour support session to ensure you’re successfully implementing what you've learned and mastering your new skills.
